FRANK VIHTELIC

A Chicago native, Frank is thrilled to be in a business he is passionate about: real estate. After earning his broker’s license in Vail, Colorado, Frank returned home to purse an opportunity trading commodities at Chicago’s exchange. Following a decade of success there, Frank is delighted to be back working with others who share his love of the city.

Trading on the floor of the exchange taught Frank how to adapt to rapidly changing markets and accurately identify trends. As a market maker, being able to quickly recognize fair value was vital to his success. Frank uses this same skill set to help his clients understand the current real estate market and make the right decision. He knows the city and it’s neighborhoods well and can offer his clients as wide or narrow a range of options as they’d like. Whether working with buyers, sellers or renters–Frank is dedicated to each client’s individual needs and expectations. It’s his personal goal to make the real estate transaction an enjoyable process.

Frank attended the University of Michigan where he studied architecture. Recently he has been enjoying the challenge of learning Mandarin. He enjoys taking advantage of all that Chicago’s great neighborhoods have to offer. During the warmer months, you can usually find him cycling on the Lakeshore path or making a quick getaway to Michigan to relax with his family.
